Salary: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience. OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous responses via phone, email, or in-person meetings. 2. Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, quotation generation, and follow-up communication to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential leads, and support the acquisition of new customers. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our CRM system. 5. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 6. Liaise with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues or concerns. 7. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing travel arrangements as needed. 8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive advantage. 9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to expand knowledge and skills in sales techniques and product offerings. 10. Carry out any other tasks as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the designated position successfully. SKILLS: 1. Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently. 7. Knowledge of technical textile products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
