Job Description

Job Title: Business Development /Sales (CRR-NBD NBD)
Location/Based: Any Location
Reports To: Regional Manager / Sales Head
Main Duties and Responsibilities: -Develop Business in Target Accounts (New or Exisiting) - (CRR/NBD)-Identify potential end users and the decision makers within the target accounts-Research and build relationships with new customers.-Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.-Participate in pricing the solution/service.-Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.-Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.-Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Resources & Systems (responsible, access, use): Sales Team/cost involved, IT infrastructure and hardware (laptop)Travel budget for self and team
