Job Description

    SUMMARY:The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely maintenance and reporting of MIS - Sales for the company. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesHelping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality up-to-date support material.Presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior ManagementCoordinating with the Marketing team to create promotional materials.Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.Performing Marketing trend analysis.Developing recommendations for sales and marketingPresenting data interpretationsKeeping informed of technological innovationsKEY COMPETENCIESThe ability to present the accurate sales report.Presentation skillsSales comparison based on research.A candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills.Educational: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing or related field from a reputed University.Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst or a similar roleMust have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing similar roles in a small / mid-sized organization.Digitally engaged.Essential Skills Required:In-depth knowledge of sales reporting.High level of MIS and digital skillsEnglish speakerStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethicsAbility to multitask and prioritize.Excellent time management and presentation skillsExcellent research and data analysis skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Environmental: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
