Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our vibrant retail branch as Senior Branch Sales Manager.In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in exceeding sales targets, fostering a motivated team, and delivering exceptional customer service.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Achieve ambitious sales targets for a range of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
    • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and training to maximize their potential.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
    • Work closely with other departments within the branch, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and bank policies, mitigating potential risks.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking sales with a team handling experience.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, regulations, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in technology and data analysis tools.
