Job Description

    SALARY: upto 6 LPALOCATION : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIAVACANCIES: 1QUALIFICATION: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or B.E ChemicalMALE/FEMALE: BothEXPERIENCE: 5-7 yearsJOB DETAILS Job description Roles and Responsibilities Finding out best product mixed capacity-by-capacity mapping of Multi product plant for existing & new plants. Deciding best product mix based on revenue & GC. Identification of bottleneck process & equipment, Identification of the scope of time cycle reduction by process linearization & Optimization. Capacity improvement by applying chemical engineering concepts like maintaining optimized utility flow & pressure in condensers for particular solvents, reflux ratio and boil-up rate optimization for different solvents. Optimization of power consumption by calculation of total drive wise power requirement and identification of equipment wise power savings. Water reduction by stage wise water balance and changing the equipment cleaning methodology. Capacity planning and Capacity management based on LRP Yield improvement by monitoring & tracking of critical process parameters, study of agitation patterns, Applying concepts of reaction kinetics & thermodynamics; Data Analysis of critical process parameters.
