    Position Summary with Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Name: Senior Manager - BIW Production BSO Location (City/Region): Ahmedabad Plant BU: PVBU Function: BIW Production Hiring Manager Name/Function/location: JITENDRA SINGH / Head BIW Operation Role Reports to ((Designation - Role of reporting manager): DGM BIW Operation BHR: Jasmin Panchal Band & Level: Level 5 ( Band as per fitment) Brief Role Description (one line description including travel if any) Responsible for overall BSO BIW production activities to achieve daily shop targets and execution and planning , SPD Management, Cost ManagementEducationWork ExperienceJob Description Job roles & responsibilities: DWM , planning for line operation ,Team member safety , elimination of Unsafe condition and unsafe act Working knowledge of MIG and SPOT welding. Hands on experience of BIW Shop equipment such as Manual and Robotic IT Weld TPM, 5S, Kaizen and Pokayoke implementation on line. Work allocation to team members as per their skill Working knowledge of MS Office.
