Job Description

    Senior Sales Manager (Client Acquisition Specialist )Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years experienceImmediate joinerResponsibilities:
    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
      • Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and industry trends.
      • Build a pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
    2. Client Engagement and Presentation:
      • Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce the companys products or services.
      • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
      • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    3. Sales Process Management:
      • Qualify leads and assess their suitability as potential clients based on their budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
      • Develop and maintain a sales plan and forecast, including setting sales targets and tracking progress.
      • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
    4. Relationship Building:
      • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
      • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or inquiries.
      • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
    5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress using CRM software.
      • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
