    Site QA / QC EngineerLNT/SQ-QE/964871Power Transmission & Distribution - IcAhmedabadPosted On07 Mar 2024Required Experience2 - 4 YearsSkillsKnowledge & Posting LocationQA/QC (CIVIL)Minimum QualificationB.TECH/B.EJob Description Perform subcontractor assessment and performance evaluation and ensure the availability of competent subcontractor supervisor for each activity. Report the details in the respective formats and share reports to PM/Head Operation & Cluster Quality.Setting up of Field Quality Lab. *Conduct training for Staff/Subcontractor work men on SOP/Work methods. Obtain execution team inspection requirements one day before and ensure inspections accordingly and ensure latest revision of drawings are used for construction. Issue Quality alert note based on the requirement and ensure for its implementation. Maintain all test reports for all major items inspected & tested. Ensure all incoming materials are inspected along with client and. maintain the respective records. Routine / random / surveillance inspection of constriction activities as per FQP and monitor on daily basis. Registering of Potential incidents in PIR app and ensure its closure in the stipulated time. Training project team on the usage of Quality App and monitoring its usage. Recording of nonconformities in QIR app and ensure its closure in stipulated time. Coordinating with client for civil lab testing, stage inspections & final clearances. Interacting with Site Engineer on inspection progress and quality issues as per Blocks Review and maintain checklists for all completed activities. Coordinating with manufacturing vendors on product issues if any noticed during construction and ensure for resolution, maintain the respective documentation. Ensure all measuring instruments calibration within due date and maintain respective records. Conduct surveillance inspection at store to ensure materials are stored and preserved as per manufacturer recommendation. Site walk down with Section-In Charge and prepare Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) Joint inspection with supplier representative during their visit to site to take corrective action on product complaints. RCA (Root Cause Analysis) preparation in the event of major quality issues Preparing the punch list in consultation site in charge and maintain the punch point clearance record,
