Job Description

    Company Background---------------------------------------InfoAnalytica Consulting, a global marketing and data services company is looking for an experienced Python Developer at its offices in Ahmedabad. InfoAnalytica services more than 250 corporations globally and delivers to industries such as Technology, Software, e-Commerce, and Retail. We work extensively with our North America customers Marketing, Sales and Operations teams for supporting their marketing and demand generation needs. InfoAnalytica works on a range of data validation, qualification, and mining projects. We support our customers demand generation by providing detailed organizational databases of prospects that can be directly used for field sales, marketing outreach and leveraging social media to acquire customers. We continue to build big databases that range from a few hundred thousand to over 35 million records in size.Required Skills--------------------------------------- 3 years experience in. Python development, specifically in web scraping. Proficient in using Asyncio, Multiprocessing, and BeautifulSoup for web scraping; Scrapy experience is a bonus. Proficiency in working with REST APIs, with a clear understanding of RESTful concepts and best practices. Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases; expertise in PostgreSQL/MS SQLServer and MongoDB is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and competency in shell scripting (Bash/CMD). A good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Nice To Have--------------------------------------- Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP, demonstrating a good understanding of cloud-based development and deployment. Experience working with web automation libraries/tools such as Selenium or Playwright. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.About the work--------------------------------------- As a Python Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing efficient data scraping programs to extract information from various online sources, cleanse it, and construct APIs. Develop expertise in navigating our diverse online data sources, determining the most effective means of extracting, parsing, and storing necessary data. Collaboratively work with Database Administrators to manage data in both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Design and implement robust frameworks to automate the consistent flow of data from multiple sources, adapting to changes as required. Show initiative and independence in researching and testing innovative solutions to enhance our data scraping capabilities and solve complex problems. Prioritize work effectively, balancing project milestones with the agility to adapt to new data opportunities as they arise.
