Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Sr. Engineer- Cabinet Foaming(Production)Job Title :Sr. Engineer Cabinet FoamingDivision : RefrigerationExp : 4-15 YrLocation : Gujarat - AhmedabadSalary : 6 -8 LPAQualification : B.Tech Mechanical/ElectricalDiploma in Mechanical/ElectricalIndustry : Consumer Durables (Haier, Videocon, Panasonic, LG, Godrej, Liebherr, Gem Care, Whirlpool, Hitachi)POSITION OBJECTIVEPlan & coordinate daily production to produce high quality productEffective utilization of manpowerMaximize productivity of machinery and workersResponsible for the daily KPIs, Scrap cost reduction, production achievement rate, man hour per unit & FTRDevelop best practices to improve production capacity & product qualityIdentify & correct the unsafe operation & practicesMain Function Responsibilities and Activities

  • Responsible to handle day to day back end production to achieve production targets & factory targets (Back end production Thermoforming, CRF, cabinet in-lilner& U-shell assembly and cabinet foaming).
  • Responsible for setting foaming mold and to improve foaming quality together with production engineering & tooling team
  • Smooth coordination with internal department to achieve daily production as per plan (Internal department Final assembly, door foaming side etc.)
  • Responsible to clear the process rejection on daily basis & improvement to minimize the scrap cost per appliances
  • Responsible to update the cell board on daily basis
  • Performing necessary activities in production requested from R&D, QA & Manufacturing engineering departments in new model, quality improvement and cost reduction projects
  • Responsible to maintain 5S on shop floor
  • Responsible to verify and maintain CTP/CTQ parameter
  • Evaluating the suggestion comes from the production associates (operators) to improve the production efficiency, safety, BOM cost reduction and quality improvement and start the project with related departments.
  • Planning necessary maintenance activities with maintenance dept. & tool room for the production
