Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate HRBP and OD specialistSummary:The Senior Manager, Corporate HR and Organizational Development, is a strategic leader responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to performance management and beyond. They drive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the implementation of best practices across all HR functions.Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies. Develop and execute HR plans and initiatives to support organizational objectives. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent. Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain high-caliber employees. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience. for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity. Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting effective performance evaluations. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and organizational goals.HR Policy and Compliance: Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related compliance matters.Talent Management and Development: Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including job descriptions, competency mapping, and succession planning. Facilitate career development opportunities for employees through training, coaching, and mentoring programs. Identify high-potential employees and implement strategies for their career advancement and retention.HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and identify trends for decision-making. Develop HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management for strategic HR planning and resource allocation.Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and equitable resolution. Implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and promote a culture of appreciation.Employee Offboarding: Oversee employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and offboarding procedures.
