Job Description

    • Description of the activities:Sr. Manager/ Manager (Human Resource & Administration)To customize and facilitate end to end HR/IR/ADMIN functions at Plant
    • Duties, powers and responsibilities:

    • Training and Development
    • Reward and Recognitions
    • Recruitment and selections
    • HR automation and implementations
    • Capability and organisation culture building
    • In depth knowledge of HR best practises
    • Exposure of Dealing with Union
    • Personnel Management and Industrial Relation
    • Job requirement
      • MBA (HR) / MLW / Post Graduation in HR and IR.
      • Around 15-17 years related work experience as HR and IR in Manufacturing Plant.
      • Age 35 to 40 years
      • Gender Male / Female
      • Languages Known Hindi , English , Gujarati
      • Sound knowledge of HR and IR.
      • Exposer in Plant HR Profile
    • Salary CTC : Rs. 14 to 16 lac per annum. Higher CTC can be considered for deserving candidates. No compete, Intellectual and industrial property rights and Confidentiality of information and Duty of confidentiality clauses are applicable while appointment.
    • Place in organisation :
      • Manager position reports to GM - HR.
      • Based at Head Office, Ahmedabad.
