Job Description

    • Fortinet Experience with particular experience using FortiManager and supporting SDWAN. (NSE5-7 with strong experience would be ideal would be ideal).
    • Strong Networking & Troubleshooting Skills
    • Additional desirable skills would be Checkpoint and Juniper Experience.
    • Experience using a ticketing system/ITSM Tool and knowledge of SOC best practice processes would also be highly regarded.
    • Candidate needs to work in rotational shift but primarily in night and early morningshift (5am).
    • Candidate must need to have excellent communicationskills to interact with Australian customers.
