Job Description

  • Work on KPI driven sales model to different services and achieve the sales and revenue targets
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of minimum proven experience with Pre-sales Offshore selling with IT
  • Have experience in generating new business with multi-year contracts
  • Should be able to give revenue projections for different business accounts
  • Thorough understanding of Marketing Negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience can MBA graduates will be preferred
  • Pitch Chatbot solutions and IT Services to different industries
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to offer solution and make the sale
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries

  • Design and build conversation flows which reflect natural human conversations that work within the limits of current conversational-AI technologies
  • Continually analyze the performance of the chatbots to identify potential improvements in the conversational UX
  • Understand, gather and analyze customer requirements to create specific personalities and script dialogues
  • Work closely with Product development and customization teams
  • Implement the conversational flow using flow builder interface
  • Test, Review get approval and deploy the conversation flow
  • Develop segment-specific skills that enhance our ability to serve multiple customers at scale in identified market segments
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • B E , MCA or MBA with Experience in any specific industry domains like banking, insurance, retail, telecom, e-commerce etc
  • A good understanding of how chatbots work
  • Prior experience in conversational flow would be a definite plus
  • Work on KPI driven marketing initiatives
  • Formulate and execute creative ideas for content marketing and optimizations as well as update website regularly
  • Developing a campaign that drives traffic, improves customer engagement, leads and sales
  • Be actively involved in technical SEO (keyword research, on-page off-page optimization, identify opportunities to improve current rankings etc )
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc )
  • Prepare online newsletters as well as promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Plan, prepare and conduct the webinars
  • Plan, monitor and exponentially grow the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc )
  • Collaborate with designers to improve User Experience
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies, publisher network and vendors
  • 2+ years proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebooks Ads and email campaigns and SEO
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e g , DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e g Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc )
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • MBA or Similar in Marketing field
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Flask, Django, Pyramid
  • RESTful paradigms and to experience building / consuming APIs
  • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages Jinja 2
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

  • Accountable for project deliverables deadlines
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or Master of Computer Application
  • 0 - 3 years of Programming / Software testing experience
  • Ability to document test plans and test cases based on analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, and design documents
  • Strong understanding and practice in an Agile framework required
  • Experience working in a Scrum team is required (JIRA experience preferred)
  • Experience debugging and testing software Well versed with debugging application crash issues, memory leakage and performance issue
  • Design and execute test plans for features that are being developed
