Job Description

    The role holder is accountable for 360-degree coordination, supervision, and implementation of all work with the youth care leavers targeted in the program. The major roles will be identification and outreach with the youth, conceptualizing and implementing outreach and training activities for them, mobilizing the youth for events and gatherings on their issues, situation, etc. organizing interface with the other stakeholders and undertaking/coordinating all types of trainings, scoping and sourcing of opportunities (including skilling, jobs, education, etc.) covering several districts of Gujarat.Key Responsibilities include: working directly with aftercare youth on-boarded in the project and different stakeholders to ensure deliverables in a timely and quality manner. Developing training content and delivery of same is the core expectation.Skills Requirements:Proven working experience and skills in project coordination, planning, training, managementAbility to plan and. prioritize workload effectivelyCommunication and animation skills for working with youth groupsExcellent command of organizing/conducting training (specially in children and youth contexts)Networking, linkages, and convergences that will be required at every stepExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Gujarati / Hindi and EnglishExcellent report-writing skills in Gujarati/Hindi and EnglishGood organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and technology,
