Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and source materials and products at the best possible terms.
Oversee inventory management processes, including forecasting demand, planning stock levels, and implementing procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Manage logistics and distribution operations, ensuring efficient transportation and timely delivery of goods to customers.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility.
Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., purchasing, manufacturing, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.
Manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals (depending on the company size).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
