Job Description

    1. JOB DETAILS: Position Title: CTA Executive ( Talent Acquisition )Reports to: Regional HR HeadDepartment: Human ResourceDivision: Ahmedabad ( Gujrat )2. JOB PURPOSE: To ensure quality hiring at all levels as per quarterly recruitment plan with new innovation in recruitment sources including the visit to various institutes.3. Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Bulk Hiring/Store Hiring
    • Determining selection criteria.
    • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events/Campus Hiring
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Should be comfortable to travel or store visit.
    4. Qualification MBA-HRExperience 1- 2 years of experience in hard core recruitment function ( MBA Freshers can also Apply )Good Communication skills and decent excel and Power point is a hygieneShould have experience into mass hiring (lateral) for store manpower (QSR/Retail etc). ,
