Job Description

    Bethel Group is looking to hire for a *Talent Acquisition Manager* role for one of the leading luxury automobile brand.Job Location - Ahmedabad, GujaratBudget - Upto 11 lpaResponsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for middle and leadership positions in the automobile sector. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, Manpower Planning, succession planning Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate selection processes. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Requirements: Minimum experience - 5. yrs in Talent Acquisition Proven experience in recruiting middle and leadership positions Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics and talent requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Team Handling experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques.
