Job Description

    Technical Lead - MERN/ReactJS, Location Ahmedabad.Key Responsibilities Overall responsible on the Implementation part of the project i.e., getting thingsright Be responsible to deliver the project assigned by working in conjunction with PO,L3 and ADMs Analyse the user requirements, NFRs and technical requirements for the project Identify any unknowns i.e., missing scenarios, etc and consult with PO to ensurethose are defined either as a User story or UAC Break down user stories along with the team to identify technical tasks Provide detailed estimates before the start of the sprints. Need to work with theTeam to get the estimates Proactively pre-plan the sprints to achieve 90+% confidence of delivery Delegate such tasks to L1s during the sprints and ensure those are completed.Identify any dependencies amongst the tasks and plan accordingly. Request helpof ADMs if needed Perform code reviews for Self and L1 engineers Provide support to L1 engineers in completing their tasks. Ideally should enableL1s to do the tasks, rather than doing themselves Nurture & groom L1 engineers to become better at their work Create technical documents as required for the project in JIRA, Confluence, orother tools Provide POs and ADMs with daily updates of the team via Jira and Slack Provide HL estimates for any new projects by working closely with L3s, POs andATMs Proactively communicate with other members of the team and other projectsleads Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improveorganization culture & performanceKey Skills Deep understanding of OOPs, LinkedList, Data Structures, Inheritance,Encapsulation & Abstractions Strong knowledge of any client-side framework i.e. React. Strong knowledge in JavaScript, JavaScript Design Patterns, ECMA 6 onwards Strong knowledge of Node JS frameworks like Express JS / Loopback or any such isrequired Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS Database Knowledge of MySQL and / Or PostgreSQL or any RDBMS. Knowledge ofNoSQL Databases like MongoDB / Couchbase are required Knowledge of Source code repositories including Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial or anythingsimilar is preferred.Experance:3 to 10 years (Must have a minimum of 6+ years of total work experience) -Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Redux & hooks is a must. -Primary skill must be ReactJS -Good comm skills -Someone who is open to relocation preferredBudjet:12 - 18 lacsLocation: AHMEDABADDrop your resume at hidden_email or call at hidden_mobile
