Job Description

    INVIXIUM is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to provide excellent customer service and promote ultimate customer satisfaction throughout the organization. In this role, you will keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, achieve excellence in providing tech services, loyalty and retention, and meet every customers expectations.Invixium provides an end-to-end access control, workforce management and health screening solution using touchless biometrics. Our devices capture accurate data which is used to perform intelligent analytics and generate meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to help businesses of all sizes become more healthy, productive, and secure. We are looking for someone curious, driven, and passionate to join our team and help us continue innovating in the biometric security space.Responsibilities: Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth. Take ownership of customer issues. and follow problems through to resolution. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on Customer Delight. Develop and enforce clear service procedures, policies and standards. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions via effective use of tools (i.e. Service Cloud, ERP, RMA process, etc.). Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports via ERP, Power BI and other reporting tools Recruit, mentor and develop a Technical Services Engineering team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. Keep ahead of industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvements. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Adhere to and manage the approved budget. Improve on repair cost via implementing lean methodologies and incorporation of lessons learned. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Exceed key results through rapid problem solving and provide feedback to other functions for product quality and new systems development.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication. Proven work experience as a Technical Services Manager in a similar industry. Experience providing technical services and aftermarket support. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. PMP, P Eng. are a plus. Comfortable with access control and biometric products, software, databases, and tools. Able to identify the industrys latest technology trends and applications. Strategic thinking and leadership skills. Client-facing communication, multi-tasking, and trouble-shooting skills.
