    Dear CandidatesGreetings,Profile:Trainer/CoachWork Location:Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kanpur, Ahmedabad, Jammu, PatialaExperience: 1 to 2 yearsReporting to: Area Manager &/ Regional Training ManagerRs 15hidden_mobile0/- plus Rs 7000/- towards local expenses.Incentives applicable post 6 months of tenure.Hours: 6 days a week. Weekly off on SundayPurpose of the positionThe OJT coach is responsible for ensuring capability enhancement to meet corporate objectives. The trainer will groom and train Beauty Advisors who sell products of the Ponds and Lakme brands of Unilever. The coach will beinstrumental in ensuring that the soft skills training; makeup techniques and product knowledge provided to the Beauty Advisors is actually implemented in the interaction with customers and thereby help these Beauty Advisors to achieve their sales targets and ensure quality service and consultation.Responsibilities & dutiesWill visit 4-5 counters on a daily basis to conduct audits & coachingWill be responsible for conducting audits of BAs during their interaction with customers; provide feedback and coach on developmental areasWill be expected to participate and undergo TTTs (Train the Trainer); Refresher sessions; Quizzes; New Launch trainings etc. with an objective of upgrading ones own product knowledgeWill be responsible to highlight issues faced at the counter in implementation of skills learnt through training and have these addressedWill be responsible to ensure that all Bas participate and pass the weekly knowledge quizWill be responsible for completing related reports and submitting MI related to the job role.Academic qualificationsEssentialDesirableGraduate in any DisciplineDegree/ Diploma In Psychology/ Training/Counselling/ HR/ BMSWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially ExcelShould have basic interest in makeup or be ready to learnPersonal qualities & behavioural traitsEssentialDesirablePositive Mental AttitudeShould enjoy travellingFlexibilityEnjoy working with minimal supervisionWillingness to Learn Good Communication SkillsKnowledge of local language is mandatory.Should be comfortable wearing cosmetics and western formals (blouses/ shirts with trousers)This is a field job.
