Job Description

Responsible for managing Sales function in the geography allocated.
Responsible for achievement of target business numbers provided at the beginning of the year.
Deliver month on month targets on Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health.
Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivities, market presence in line with company strategy and objectives.
Responsible for activating new relationship with DSA, ensure adequate file flow / business.
Maintaining weighted ROI as per set budgets.
Cross Sell Insurance
Maintaining Portfolio Quality
All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies,as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct Eligibility Criteria for the Job
