Job Description

Urgent Opening For HR Executive Profile For AhmedabadProfile - HRExp - 1+ YrsSalary - NegotiableLocation - CG RoadJob DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Person will be responsible for recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits & organizational development.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho Recruit) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work in a startup with a results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
