Job Description

    Hello Candidate,Position: Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales ManagerDepartment: Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Bank LoanLocation: ahmedabad
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets of HL & BL LAP by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    Skills Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
    • Proven sales management into Home Loans, Business Loan,and Loan against Property experience.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
