Mold Planning & arrangement2.Labor & ITI worker management3.Concrete distribution4.Steam distribution as per requirement5.Overall production supervision6.Maintain and Follow SOP and achieve production target7.Minimize rejection of product & ensure standard of quality is maintained8.Provide solutions to the problems faced regularly9.Monitor forklift operation for product shifting to stock yard10.Ensure safety measures are followed by all11.To follow the necessary guidelines as per IMS (Integrated Management system)12.Complying the necessary guidelines as per IMS (Integrated Management System)13.To support continual implementation and improvement of IMS standards14.To oversee requirements of IMS related formats & adherence for the (respective) DepartmentAuthority: -1. Maintain Production Daily basis.2.Reporting to Manager in critical situation3.Workplace Management with 5s.
