The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with managing customer relationships, which includes managing customers issues with their insurance policies, providing relevant advice to clients, processing claims and renewals, and maintaining records.Qualifications Prior exposure to / knowledge of customer relationship management protocols. Excellent communication skills, fluency in one or more Indian languages.
