Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assigning production work to operators and ensure the availability of manpower to all the further required places.
Monitor and execute sectional goal policy based on departmental goal policy.
Take preventive action and respond with the co-ordination of the required department.
Analyze the building report.
Verifying the quality of the product as per SOP
Ensure all documents are filled as per the standard frequency
Change the bladder and mold in the mentioned time period.
Review & Evaluate the performance of operators according to their work quality & discipline.
After analyzing the problem of defect fill the countermeasure form accordingly.
Analyze and implement production goal of achieving the desired target.
Handle issues of operator work and help to solve them.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 2 years experience in building area from Tyre Industry.
Manpower Handling.
Very Fluent in English
