Job Description

    Urgent Requirement ofGDP Compliance AdministratorLocation- AhmedabadExperience- 2yearSalary- upto 50k Per MonthSkills-Good written and verbal communication skills,Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word,handling retailers / customers,Exp within environment like manufacturers or wholesalers distributor of medicinal products.Holidays:UK Easter & Christmas holidays are 11 days. Privilege Leave is 12 Short Leave is 3Working Hours: 2:30pm to 11pm IST & Work from officeWorking Days: Monday to Friday and Monthly 2 Saturdays. (First Saturday is compulsory)Job Summary-
    • Ensuring Staff Training records are completed and maintained on Ekko Document management system.
    • Ensuring staffs with outstanding training are identified and reported to Compliance team
    • Perform cyclical and periodic Licence checks for Suppliers and Customers using relevant Database as instructed by UK Support office.
    • Perform Supplier and Customers Licence checks against Suspended and revoked licence list issued by MHRA.
    • Maintain master list for Supplier and Customers Technical agreement ensuring review dates are captured and notifications sent to UK compliance team.
    • Following up on Pharmacy Temperature deviations
    • Analysing and distributing relevant MHRA Blogs to UK regulatory team.
    • Follow up on Head office Licence renewals and update status.
    Person Specification:Essential:
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word
    • At least 3 years experience within a regulated environment, ideally manufacturers or wholesalers distributor of medicinal products.
    Desirables:
    • Experience in handling retailers / customers
    • Experience of working with regulatory Quality Management system
