Experience-
2+ years mortgage loan processing experience
Qualification - Any Graduate & Post Graduate Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Flexible In shift Night Notice period- Immediate 15 Days 5 Days Working 2 Days Off 2 Way Cabs o Achieves individual production goals and turn times.
Knowledge of Conventional (mandatory), Non-WM and/or Government (FHA, VA and/or USDA loans) UW Guidelines (added advantage)
Should know Fannie & Freddie guidelines.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Analyze appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan application to determine acceptability and appropriate loan to value ratios for decisions.
Perform Income calculation, debt to income ratios, review/analyze complex asset statements, financial statements, as well as personal and business income tax returns to render a decision.
Analyze and review title opinions for decisioning on all loan applications.
Documenting and effectively communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans.
