Job Description

  • The warehouse executive is responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in the warehouse
  • The warehouse executive is responsible for providing the setup layout and management of space.
  • The warehouse executive is responsible for setting targets in relation to the policy of each company.
  • The warehouse executive is responsible for the development of staffs by providing training.
  • The warehouse executive is also responsible for providing cost cutting ideas in the warehouse.
  • The warehouse executive needs to motivate the staff in the warehouse to maintain efficiency and also provide opportunities to move up the career ladder
  • The warehouse executive is also responsible for maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower
  • The warehouse executive needs to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse.
  • The warehouse executive is also responsible for the security of the stock and the warehouse.
