Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Department Managementa. Implement the strategic goals, objectives, policies and systems pertaining to Operations Department in the alignment with Operations Head.b. Accountable for implementing Operational policies by setting up procedures and standards for the department.c. Accountable for implementation of 4Dx principle WIG, Lead measures, dashboard review, regular meeting with team, POC, etc.d. Implementation of daily Operations checklist at Zone. Management of Inventory in LIS, monthly reconciliation with department head.e. Participates in process improvement activities (such as Operational TAT, NPS, etc.) to enhance Pre-analytical to Post Analytical experience, coordinating with related departments as needed.2. Business Development:a. Assist team in implementation of the sales plans to achieve the targeted growth in revenue and profit with quality customer-service standards and other operational parameters.b. Execute the. activities, campaigns and other promotional events in coordination with Department Head to maximize business and engage customers at each location.c. Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients. Visit potential customers for new business development. Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals through visits, conducting activities, etc.3. Customer Engagement & Account Management:a. To plan engagement and activities based on the profiling with Sales & Marketing Department for generating revenue for the organization. Collaborate with Field team members in the development of relevant engagement activities.b. Manage the Field Sales team to promote continuous quality improvement in activities.c. Design Annual Engagement plan for key accounts. Able to maintain relationship with key accounts.d. Manage proper communication with relevant stakeholders and partners on organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.)4. Audit and Compliance:a. Plan, manage and conduct internal audits (Technical and Non-Technical) under supervision of Operations Head to monitor Operational effectiveness, compliances with all applicable Departmental SOPs and regulations. Prepare and present internal audit reports and documents.b. Manage the Compliance Module in LIS in coordination with QAD team for Regional Laboratories, POC, HLMs, etc.c. Work in compliance with company policies and appropriate regulations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.d. Ensure Operations team follows standard guidelines and statutory compliance; and maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities. Assist with SOP development to address non-compliant/ non-performing areas,
