Job Description

    Department: Axis Virtual CenterAbout AVC:The endeavor of Axis Virtual Center is to create a best-in-class customer experience through the effective use of innovative technology for a sustainable mutually beneficial relationship. As a part of Axis Virtual Center, he/she would have to support the respective Line of Business to achieve and exceed dial targets through effective use of communication skills. The Axis Virtual Center Channel will work and focus on a new-age technology that will provide the customer with a new and unique banking experience in terms of customer service.Axis Virtual Center envisages providing a differential customer experience.About the Role :This is a relationship management role where the staff is provided with a portfolio of Prime segment customers. These customers need to be engaged through telecalling service, and multiple products of the Bank need to be cross-sold. These products may include Credit cards/Personal Loans/Home Loans/Auto Loans/General Insurance/Life Insurance. DRMs need to engage with the mapped customers so deeply that if throughout the year customer has any requirement of banking services or product needs, the customer should fulfill those requirements.Key Requirements :
    • Excellent communication in English + Hindi/One Regional Language (Only for South centers), any other language capability will be added advantage
    • Good convincing skills
    • Outspoken
    • Understand how to convince in any topic the candidate is knowledgeable in
    • Good emotional connect
    • Understanding of basic numbers
    • Ability to engage in communication and build a conversation around it
    • For experienced candidates: to check what all Banking Basics/ any product basics candidate is aware of. For non-Banking experiences, relevance to the current process needs to be understood during the interview
    • Need for job/ambition/career orientation and ready to work in a Sales environment.
    Qualifications:
    • The optimal qualification for success on the job is:
    • Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution.
    • 1- 2 years relevant role/ BFSI sector.
    • Fresher with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    Role Proficiencies:For the successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
    • Good communication skills in both English and the local languages.
    • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to successfully work as a part of a team.
    • Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience(BPO sales, Lead generation, BPO CS)
    • Staying near office Location/ having own vehicle to commute to the office
    • Banking and Financial Services experience
    • Experience in Outbound Telecalling
