Experience working on Digital transformation project in Credit cardsDefinition of program / project scope and goals Develop business case for the program and track benefits post implementation Planning support which will cover approach definition, work breakdown, sequencing and milestone definition Estimation of resource effort and cost budget, resource planning, identification of project risks and issues Tracking mitigating actions in relation to programme / project risks and issues Identification of dependencies internal to the programme/project and externally to other projects and business areas Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions Task allocation across teams and team members Tracking against activity or milestone completion and escalate variance to programme / project plan (in accordance with agreed escalation process) Project status reporting (where required) Support readiness decisions and follow up actions from programme / project tollgatesExperience: Must have minimum 8+yrs of total experience (with extensive experience in the payments domain and as a project manager)Preferred Skills and Competencies: Bachelors degree (minimum), MBA from tier-1 B-School preferred Has significant experience in the payments project delivery in the following areas:o ACH, Cross-Border, SWIFT, ISO20022, ISO15022, SEPAo Card: Credit, online/ offline debit, virtual, prepaid, ATM, merchant acquiring/issuing, payment networks (Visa/ MasterCard)o Bill payment, mobile payments, P2P transfer Experience in Agile/ Scrum Experience in assisting payments project (or workstream) and knowledge of high-level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/ design and high-level functional systems design (e.g., use cases) Experience in supporting large-scale transformation projects in the payments space Past experience of designing payment products (e.g., credit cards, cross-border transfer) Well-versed with global payments trends and innovations, and ability to leverage EY expertise to address client business needGood to have: Experience working with Global Banks/ other geographies Certifications: CSM, SAFe, Prince 2, PMPEducationGraduation is a mustNotice Period30 DaysShift timingsDAY SHIFTTransport BoundariesNATransport FacilityNASalary Range15-20 LPAWeekly OffSATURDAY & SUNDAY
