WhiteHat Jr has shown blockbuster results in the first 18 months, targeting an immediate $2.1+ Billion market, enabling tremendous experience and wealth generation opportunity in a short time for a dynamic, out of the box thinker.Role: Product ManagerQualification: B.E/ M.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech. degree in Engineering.Experience: 3-6 yrs, Minimum 3 years experience in Product.Responsibilities :- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition- Ideate and maintain Consumer product plan with new features, enhancements, and timelines- Create PRDs, agile stories, wireframes and establish key performance metrics for new feature and initiatives- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met- Own key metrics, define requirements create and deliver on plans through cross-functional teams with design, tech and analytics- Consistent engagement with our Consumer customer base to understand their mindsets/habits/perspective/behavior patterns, gauge first-hand feedback and proactively manage any issuesMinimum Qualification :- 2+ years product management / development experience- Experience with social, content-driven products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired- Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures highly desired- Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow order volume and improve customer experience.- Apply your analytical capabilities on Data to identify trends and come up with actionable insights.- Conduct testing (A/B/Multivariate) to understand user preferences and implement the desirable improvements into products.- Leading product managers and coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach- Support Product development with data and help in making product decisions.- Work closely with engineering team to deliver with quick time- to- market and optimal resource requirements- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end usersAdditional Points if: - You are an ex-entrepreneur or have worked as one of the first 20 people in a company. - You have built and scaled very high-performance teams in the past.We would be the best fit for you if:- You like working in high accountability, high responsibility and highly charged environment - You want to move away from mundane and work towards something impactful- You have that entrepreneurship virus somewhere deep- You want to maximize learning and grow at the pace you want to and not depend upon factors around youWe are not the best fit for you if:- Need guidance at every level- Are not vivid (read weird) in your imagination- Are not a daydreamer,
