You will be responsible for analysing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our Nordic organization. As our new team member, you will:To support stakeholders to gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.Interact with business stakeholders and evaluate business and operating models, processes and operations to gather, understand and analyse business requirements.Translate these requirements in new optimized solutions and coordinate the execution of the solutions by using project management and stakeholder management skillsAnalyse the outcomes of newly implemented solutions to verify they are meeting business requirements.Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - ExternalEssential skillsDemonstrates an understanding of business models, needs, opportunities, processes and requirements, including how they can be analysed, gathered and/or interpretedExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writingExperience in coordinating tasks between various teams.Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks;o Monitor/report Project Triple constraints - Time, Cost & Scope; to ensure completion of project deliverables.o Coordinate project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task ownerso Coordinate project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule.o Ensure that tasks are tracked as per committed deadlines.o Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project taskso Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasksDesired technical skillsKnowledge in Project Management tools, Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling methodologies would be an added advantagePassionate, open-minded individual and dares to share their perspectives, thinking styles, and expertise to senior team membersExceptional communication skills - both written and oralDemonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilitiesMaintain/update all project-related trackers e.g Project plan, Risk tracker, budget tracker etc.,
