Minimum 5+ years experience of automation and test management 02. Exposure of 1+ years of onsite / client management experience 03. Experience in testing of multiple areas like web portals, mobile app, salesforce, Zuora and java based custom application 04. Knowledge of both Agile (especially SCRUM), Iterative and Waterfall methodologies 05. Experience in analyzing requirements and convert them in to test scenarios 06. Experience in preparing test plan, creating test cases, test execution, defect logging / retest and closure of test cases 07. Experience of test management tools (QC, ALM, JIRA, etc.) and defect management process 08. Experience with different types of testing in quality assurance and test life cycle 09. Experience in programing in Java / C# / JScript and script programing 10. Should be efficient in conducting defect triage 11. Good to have ISTQB Certification or equivalent 12. Graduate/Post Graduate degree preferred. Good communication skills both verbal and written Responsibilities : 01. Shadowing manager while creating test strategy, test plan for the tasks, dependencies and mitigating the risks 02. Apply strong knowledge of programming, technologies, processes and methodologies to support business applications 03. Defining the scope of testing, estimate, traceability matrix within the context of each release/delivery 04. Programming in automation script, test management tools (QC, ALM, JIRA, etc.) and defect management process 05. Ensures processes and technical skills are in place to perform consist-ently and deliver high quality results 06. Build a team of professionals with appropriate testing skills, soft skills and mentor to achieve agreed milestones 07. Proactively engaging with all areas of the business to ensure full end to end satisfaction of requirements is met 08. Track and communicate any task in RAID log on timely manner with stakeholder to take necessary actions on time 09. Emphasis continuous quality improvement through risk analysis, root cause analysis, metrics analysis and failure analysis 10. Prepare the report of testing activities, testing results, test case cover-age, resources forecast, defects discovered and status 11.
