We build and deploy cloud-connected KOKO Points inside local retail outlets, which provide mass market consumer goods in partnership with major suppliers. In Kenya, this solution is delivered in partnership with Vivo Energy, the operator of Shell-branded fuel infrastructure across Africa. We are looking for people who share our passion for technology and our vision for global impact.Your Role: As the Brand Manager you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and implement brand strategies that will deliver a consistent and comprehensive brand experience to customers.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and brand positioning strategies
  • Manage existing and new brand categories.
  • Manage our creative process by working closely with the creative agency.
  • Plan, design and implement strategies to expand the brand s impression, exposure and market share.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to expedite the development of new products/Idea.
  • Implement plans and activities to improve the brand s reach to customers,
  • Create go-to market strategies for the brand to build brand loyalty.
  • Supervise execution of campaigns to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Report performance and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs.
  • Leading creative development of brand and marketing
Skills and Experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in an FMCG setting.
  • Creative thinking, good understanding of the marketing trends
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to generate new concepts/ideas
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
