Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.Be a part of the exciting journey of NPI(new product introduction),We are 4LS/NPI SDM team under CNS SSP organization.Our team consists of product experts for leading 5G products like UDM (unified data management ) and SDL (shared data layer) And we also cater to other products of SDM/REGISTERs portfolio like HSS/HLR/One-NDS/EIR/MNP/AAA. A team committed with strong dedication to help customer resolves complex issues.Our goal is to support customers to complete project commitment with highest quality , and so we provide dedicated SPOCs for our lead customers to enable faster turnarounds and resolution.Through our NPI (new product introduction) process our team supports first time deployment ,integration and acceptance during project phase and work along with R&D to resolve complex issues.We are all here solving problems of need of the hour wearing a hat of either a developer or tester or product manager. But what thrills us at 4LS/NPI team is resolving complex issues quickly - efficiently and the result is so real-time that you are already part of outcome of your efforts.Such quick turn-arounds helps creating positive image of the organization and helps builds quality professional relationship with the customers.What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As a 4LS/NPI team you will
• Provide support for the E2E of Customer Project via NPI process (Deployment, Integration, customer acceptance Test cases development and Execution.)
• Interface between Customer/Project Teams and Product R&D Teams to get the right & On-time support for issues.
• Enable remaining colleagues from other organizations during the NPI project phase.
• Support during Crisis/Emergency support.
• We work very closely with R&D/services/customers and help bridge the gaps in the product found during first deployment and help make our products more resilient and robust.
• Continues improvement on competency development for new products/new features.
Your skills and experience
• 4 to 7 years of working experience with telecom core domain - Nokia HLR/HSS/UDM
• Responsible for NPI (New product introduction) deployments and troubleshooting along with case handling for Nokia HLR/HSS/UDM
• Detailed understanding of core network elements/ solutions and their value to Operators
• Knowledge of development processes, realization and GoTo Market processes
• Detailed understanding of 3G/4G call flows , good understanding of 5G call flows
• Knowledge on Cloud Infra would be added advantage
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues on HLR/HSS/UDM
• Handle Crisis/Emergency support as needed
• Supports system upgrades and customer projects for new implementation activities on various platforms
• Technology & tools: Unix Shell Scripts,Perl, Python, IPSL, usage of simulators as relevant
• Unix & Linux Systems (installation, administration, use)
• Scripting experience (shell, perl,python)
• Contribute towards innovative initiatives to improve product troubleshooting and work towards needed tooling.

• During NPI phase , there may be on-site opportunity based on project roadmap.
• Our team is spread across globe , we have teams also located in ESPOO ,BUDAPEST,NAM , we have great team-interworking and good handover topics as situation demands
• During crisis/emegency handling employee will be given addtional allowance as needed
• Team contributes towards innovative tooling development for improving product/troubleshooting/initial analysis
