Job Description

Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesResponsible to Development of Parts of New Projects of Engine Casting & Machining process of Small & Medium Casting parts, for First Time Right and Every Time Right delivery the Engine projects on given timeline thru part development process From suppliers QCDd (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Development) approachExperience5~8Industry PreferredAutomobileQualifications5~8General Requirements

  1. Understanding the scope of the project and timelines.
  2. Project planning, Time management, Execution Skills.
  3. Knowledge on project management.
  4. Knowledge of various processes & basic costs.
  5. Knowledge of tax structure like GST, VAT etc.
  6. Knowledge of casting & machining processes.
  7. Knowledge of Casting tooling development and basic cost.
  8. Knowledge on supplier base including their capabilities.
  9. Knowledge of APQP, VPPAP & Quality systems.
  10. Knowledge of STA functions to carry PTR at suppliers end, co-ordination with SQA for VPPAP closure.
  11. Knowledge of SAP transactions through MM module.
  12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
Knowledge of using TCE, Cordys etc.,
