  • Familiar with study of composition of polymeric composites, evaluation of material properties and root cause analysis in case of failures
  • Responsible for development and delivery of materials and mechanical testing, verification test protocols, test cases and reports with supervision
  • Exhibits potential to manage and own change controls after requisite trainings (online and classroom)
  • Organizes and presents technical work and deliverables to project team with some supervision.
  • Oral and written communication is well planned, organized and has a clear logical flow
  • Excellent technical English writing skills needed for developing and documenting test methods and reports
  • Problem solving experience - Can leverage own expertise as well as inputs from others to identify and resolve critical issues with some supervision
Qualifications
  • Master s degree (MTech) in Polymer Science and Engineering
  • 1-5 years of experience in the field of Polymer/Material Science
  • Clear and effective communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Potential to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivery-oriented organization
Skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with materials and polymeric materials testing methodologies, such as, DSC, TGA, tensile testing etc.
  • Proficient with computer skills: email, documentation and collaboration tools: e.g. WebEx, Teams, Microsoft Office products, etc.
  • Resourceful, and able to quickly pick-up on projects and deliverables.
  • Ability to objectively identify technical solutions and make sound decisions with guidance
