Job Description

    * Responsibilities: This role will lead data professionals in Data Migration, Data Warehousing and KPIs for Data Quality Reports. Provides strategic leadership for the design, development, testing and delivery of large-scale data structures and pipelines, efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows and reporting / visualizations using Tableau.
    • Sets priorities and executes strategy for the Data Organization
    • Responsible for analysis, design and project execution
    • Collaborates with and leads multiple large cross-functional project teams for requirements & delivery
    • Establish standard processes and procedures and promote team collaboration & self-improvements
    • Experience on design, development and testing of Informatica based applications
    • Ability to leverage Informatica features/functions to the achieve best results
    • Should understand the overall system landscape, upstream and downstream systems
    • Create design documents, test cases and manage releases
    • Good experience on Data Migration engagements
    • Requirement analysis, effort estimation, solution overviews
    • Responsible for analysis, design and project execution
    • Issue resolution, corrective and preventive measures
    • Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles
    • Responsible for server maintenances and 24 * 7 availability. Work with stakeholders in case of issues
    • Participate in all technical/functional/management discussions on the projects
    • Taking interviews on all data related areas and tools
    • Should be a good team player with excellent communication skills
    • Should be willing to work in development, migration & support phases of the project
    • Should be flexible to work as project demand
    Technical Competencies:
    • Overall 5-7 years of strong Informatica (pwc) development experience
    • Should understand the overall system landscape, upstream and downstream systems
    • Should be able understand ETL tech specifications and develop the code efficiently
    • Ability to leverage Informatica features/functions to the achieve best results
    • Should have good knowledge of Informatica, Oracle database, PL/SQL development and UNIX scripting
    • Exposure to Oracle PL/SQL, SAP connectivity with Informatica and UNIX is desired
    • Basic SAP knowledge and exposure to SAP connectivity with Informatica is desired

    • Overall 7+ years of experience in the area of Data Migration, Data Warehouse, Solution Design and Data Analytics
    • Basic SAP knowledge and exposure to SAP connectivity with Informatica is desired
    • Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
    • Working experience on leading team
    • Work experience on Agile project
    • Good communication skills
