About ProcessBusiness Analysis and Program Management for Finance projects:

• Perform business analysis and business requirement documentation for Finance MIS development and implementation.
• Develop and document functional specifications and test cases of profitability modeling solution
• Lead end to end activities to help create fully integrated IT platform, to include self service financial, and data visualization tools (eg Tableau)
• responsible for change management, program/project management, business/data analysis, testing and implementation of Finance Projects.

• Fully appreciate business [Finance] problem and requirements, and provide guidance on the optimal solution(s) for successful remediation (this could be a range of options, eg MS Access, MS PowerPivot, another off the shelf application, Alteryx - who is versed in industry trends and IT tools helping to be more efficient and effective)
• Creating maintainable models, creating predictive analytics and envisioning technology needs for future business trends. (the ability to do real time, on the fly, in the room as opposed to saying got it we ll revise the numbers and come back in a few days )
• Strong Project Manage efforts end to end, to include regular communication and collaboration across organization
• Lead the development of data visualization tools for senior management- Tableau, Spotfire, Alteryx, etc.,
• Lead Finance development efforts regarding business intelligence applications and data
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency or decision support intelligence through automation or development projects

• Create and maintain highly complex and large integrated program plan, from more than a dozen of supporting projects/workstream
• Utilize integrated plan and operational reporting analysis to drive execution, solution delivery and issue resolution
• Manage and run program operational routines with stakeholders, process leads, PMs etc.
• Create and maintain best practices, guidelines, standards and ensure adherence
• Identification, analysis and documentation of system and business requirements by attending user meetings and interviewing clients/users.
• Preparation of business requirement documentation.
• Development of business process flows, analyze gathered information, using flowcharting and other methodologies.
• Application testing, documentation and monitoring for specific results.
• Update project documentation using clear, concise language, consistent with the appropriate methodologies.
• Knowledge transfer to finance end users
• Assists users during UAT with questions and issues
• Assists users during deployment with questions and issues
• Work closely with IT team to translate BRD, MD50 (and/or any related document) into end product.
• Collaborate with appropriate teams globally to ensure consistent service delivery, client solutions and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross functional teams

Qualification & Certifications

• Highly experienced Business Analyst in Asset Management Industry with program/project management skills with end to end implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Change management, solution delivery mindset
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Team work and collaboration.
• Highly motivated, multi-task capable

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Strong technical skills including MS Office, data visualization required (preference for experience in one or all of VBA, Essbase, SmartView, Oracle Tableau and Alteryx)
