1. Fund Raising through calling.2. Call individuals and explain to them about the Smile Foundation and its projects and raise funds.3. Commitment towards personal & professional growth.4. Ability to learn new skills.5. Time Management & Teamwork skills.6. Commitment to your charitys cause.7. The ability to build and maintain relationships with donors as well as team members.8. Creativity, imagination, and an entrepreneurial attitude towards fundraising.9. A proactive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm to carry out projects to a conclusion.10.
