Were Looking For an experienced graphic designer with 3+ years of designing experience, who can tackle all kinds of designing requests. Being an on-demand subscription-based design company, our requirements vary from illustrations, landing page designs, product packaging, logos, image editing etc based on a wide range of requirements added by each of our subscribers. We work in a very fast paced environment in order to deliver designs as per our promised turnaround time, hence it is expected of you to be able to adhere to the deadlines.Our core requirements for this job role are :1). Web Page/Landing Page Designing2). Print Collaterals (Adobe Indesign)3). Illustrations/ Logos/ Digital Art- Were looking for super creative people who can understand a brief and create it into design according to customer specs.- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.- Should be extremely well versed with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Indesign.- Ability to do graphic design and illustration projects.- Provide creative, out of the box ideas and solutions in compliance with client guidelines.- Understand the project life cycle and its impact to project delivery.- Think creatively to produce new ideas and original concepts.- Innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.About The Design Team :Our design team is our core department to facilitate client retention and expansion of the company. Since it is a design-based subscription model, the quality of designs delivered reflect upon the companys purpose. The team is skilled in various spheres of graphic designing, ranging from illustrations, logos, packaging, website designing, flyers, brochures, marketing collaterals, etc.It is also assisted by a group of Account Managers, who provide constant guidance in understanding the clients and their briefs, at the same time make sure of maintaining the quality of deliverables to match Design standards.Required Experience :- 3+ years of experience in the field of graphic design, specifically experienced in creating landing page designs, illustrations, logos, print collaterals.- Relevant software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign)- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.- Up to date with software and technologies.- Strong communication and project management skills required.- Ability to self-motivate and perform under deadline constraints.- Must have the ability to understand technological issues and communicate information effectively.- Proficient in all design aspects.- Ability to interact, communicate and present original ideas.- Demonstrable graphic design skills.
