The client is HQ in Mumbai and in the Fintech space. The incumbent will be performing end-to-end full lifecycle Non- technical recruitment. Would be managing a team Key Responsibility :- The incumbent will be responsible to partner with business teams to build hiring strategies managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investments.- To work within pre-defined recruitment process while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodology to follow- To provide new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads- To meet weekly/quarterly/yearly recruitment goals- To create JDs after discussion with the requisition creating a team and posting them on various sources.- To develop candidate interest for available positions- To effectively utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to perform candidate screening and tracking- To ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent pool- To participate in client meetings to build good customer relations and satisfaction- To perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the managementIf you have fire and zeal, with 8+ years of experience working in a start-up of great magnitude, write to us.,
