Job Description

    Responsibilities Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR manager(s), leads and professionals within a rapidly changing environment Guide and support People Strategy partners to include but not limited to providing the necessary leadership to ensure the collective team achieves desired results, both operations and global Hr, to provide strategic, tactical, and functional guidance around people strategy Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organisations goals and strategy related to Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Talent Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Understand the organisations business goals, as well as lead the design and implementation of new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the organisation Partner with Executive leadership to translate the strategic business plans into HR strategic and operational plans Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management Oversee all complex Employee Relations matters, including but not limited to providing guidance and recommendations for multifaceted issuesInterested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
