Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • - Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Kronos Workforce Central Version Seven and Eight/
  • - Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Time and Attendance, Activities, Scheduling, Accruals Forecasting and Analytics modules.
  • - Strong knowledge and hands on experience in WIM interface design and creation .
  • - Strong knowledge and hands on experience in SQL Server two thousand and twelve DB Knowledge in AWS cloud and hands on experience in Kronos version up gradation added advantage .
  • - Should have excellent communication skills Strong experience in customer handling .
  • - Should have confidence in handling production issues troubleshooting and provide solution quickly .
  • - Should have experience in coordinating with Vendors and providing necessary details to troubleshoot and resolve the issues quickly.
