Lead Java Developer

Job Description

We are hiring for Advanced, for the role of Lead Java Developer.Locations: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, GandhinagarResponsibilities:- Design server-side architecture- Work with development teams and product managers to identify gaps and ideate software solutions- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency- Write well designed, testable code, troubleshoot bugs- Write technical documentation and user guides- Work with other architects, leads, team members in an Agile Scrum environment- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.- Review code and establish best practices- Look out for the latest technologies and match them up with use cases- Guide and mentor junior members of the team- Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.Eligibility:- 8 to 12 years of experience in Java technologies- Experience in leading a technical team of at least 5 members- Proven experience in handling several aspects of software including, but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing.- Hands-on development experience with java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, JSP, Servlet- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React/Vue, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Knowledge of software development best practices like clean code, code quality analysis tools, TDD, and experience with Agile framework.- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Maven, Docker, JIRA- Knowledge of estimation techniques and security constructs OpenID, OAuth 2.0, TLS, OWASP- Knowledge and experience with various AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.)
