You will have the opportunity to directly impact the success of our projects and the growth of the firm. 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, Project Service and Field Service workloads Proficiency in Microsoft Visio with an ability to visually describe and annotate business processes and flows as defined by the management team Expert level proficiency with MS Office suite, predominantly MS Word and MS Excel Maintain functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Able to do technical designs, and have an overall good understanding of the application life cycle.
