The Order Fulfillment Specialist is key to ensure that orders are being managed in a proactive and timely manner for fulfillment and recovery of product to our clients. The Specialist role is tasked with assisting in setup and then managing open orders and returns to completion. They will ensure that our Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs), Direct Distribution Centers (DDCs), Metro eCommerce Centers (MECs), Vendors and Fulfillment Partners (FPs) are delivering on their SLAs for day-to-day order processing, shipping and receiving according to predetermined guidelines.The Specialist will also work to ensure that product return requests are being actioned in a timely manner and that product is recovered and dispositioned in a way that we are able to reintroduce the product back into the supply chain in the most cost effective, profitable and timely manner available. They will need to work with our carrier partners as well to submit, manage and action Claims for lost and damaged product and partner with Sales to obtain the most accurate and relevant information to ensure that we are able to work through the carrier as quickly as possible to ultimate resolution.The Specialist will need to be able to identify issue trends and create Incidents (INCs) based on their findings. The Specialist will work with ASM Support teams to provide crucial information that is required for the Support team to identify the problem, root cause analyze the issue and resolve quickly to mitigate any client impact in the process. This role is key to ensuring that we can deliver a World Class client experience in the end-to-end order flow.The Specialist will also partner closely with 3rd party carriers and BBY Home Delivery partners to ensure proper White Glove delivery to our clients. The Specialist will need to gather crucial information from the Sales teams to ensure that we are setting the delivery company up to succeed in meeting expectations of timing and scope of work at time of product delivery.Basic Qualifications:1 year or more of retail or customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:1 years or more of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd party1 year or more of experience working cross-functionally between a Retail & Corporate structure
